The pre-requisite for this 1-day Multi Sports Speed and Agility Conditioning course is a recognised Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or a recognised Level 2 Coaching qualification. Students will be awarded a certificate of attendance and 8 REPs points.
This course will educate fitness instructors and sports coaches on the safe, effective teaching of speed and agility techniques that can be incorporated into a group exercise/ multi sports sessions or taught one to one.
