Why Fitt Yoga?

Fitt Yoga has been developing over the last few years in association with Active IQ to bring understanding and appreciation of the ancient practises whilst staying current with health and fitness safety protocols and teaching practises. We aim to provide a balance between the spirituality and soul of Yoga with the practicalities of modern classes.

Our Expert Tutors

The Fitt Yoga school's principle Jen Kott has over a decade's worth of inter-continental training and teaching. From Thailand and India, and from Bournemouth to Bognor; Jen has learned and refined her appreciation of Yoga through practise and experiences. Jen focusses her energies in West Sussex whilst Mind and Body Department Head and Fitt Director Marie-Claire Prettyman leads training in Hampshire. A Yoga devotee since 1998, Marie-Claire brings many years of practise plus a profound understanding of human anatomy and physiology to the programme.

Fitt Yoga Courses

Our Certification courses are comprised of around 300 hours of training. Your learning will be assessed by a mixture of Journals, Worksheets, Case Study, Formative and Summative Practical Assessments and a final filmed (DVD) submission.
